Facial fat grafting age 21 doctor said putting fat under eyes will put volume and drag it down?

I have hollow face but I have a round face based on bone structure not facial fat. The dr who specialize in face lift, told me he suggest me not to put fat graft or under eye fat repositioning under eyes even though I have hollow under eyes cus the dr says later I might need a face lift?cus the fat under eyes will drag down over time as I grow older the dr also said I shouldn’t put fat at chin to make face less round and lips less protruding cus the fat is soft may change and to do chin filler
