Hello, based on your photos, you do not want to lower your eyelid crease. Rather, you are likely looking to debulk the extra “weight” on the upper eyelids which is being caused by extra skin. You would do well with an upper blepharoplasty to remove extra skin and have a more defined eyelid crease at its natural position. You do not need filler there as that will only exacerbate the situation. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.
