My eyelid crease has gotten higher with age. I had hooded eyes as a child, now there is a heavy crease. Is it possible to lower the crease/ make it smaller with filler? Are there other recommended options?
Answer: Improving Hooded Eyelids -- Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau for Brow Lift, Fillers, RF (Thermage, Legacy, Viva), Blepharoplasty For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Filler I would not do filler in that area because of potential injury to your eye. Eyelid surgery could remove some excess fat so that the crease is less noticeable.

Answer: Eyelid crease Hello, based on your photos, you do not want to lower your eyelid crease. Rather, you are likely looking to debulk the extra “weight” on the upper eyelids which is being caused by extra skin. You would do well with an upper blepharoplasty to remove extra skin and have a more defined eyelid crease at its natural position. You do not need filler there as that will only exacerbate the situation. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.

Answer: I definitely advise you to have eyebrow lift and upper eyelid surgeries. Hello. Your main problem with your eyes is that your eyebrows are drooping down and your upper eyelids are sagging due to excess skin, so they weigh down your eyes and cause your eyes to hollow and look tired. The procedure you should definitely have done about your eyes should be Brow Lift and upper Eyelid Surgery. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. Answer: No you do not need to lower your eyelid crease Your photos show a normal Asian eyelid crease. You do have some extra upper lid skin which might be approachable surgically. There is no non surgical solution to address your concerns. You should make an appointment with an ASOPRS affiliated Oculoplastic surgeon for an inversion exam and consultation.
