There appears to be a slight hollowing to the right lower eyelid (assuming all pics are straight on and someone else is taking them, meaning they aren't reversed). Since you are trying to avoid additional surgery, you could consider filler to this region, but this can be a challenging area to place filler, so see an experienced injector for consultation.

If the eyes are too hollow from your surgery you can consider fillers to help improve contours. For a more permanent solution you can consider fat grafting.
