Question

I had a lower blepharoplasty in April 2022 and I feel like my eyes look weird/different. I think that the surgeon removed too much fat and there's a distortion of my lower eyelid. How severe is this, and if there any way to remedy this without additional surgery? Will it keep getting worse with age?

If the eyes are too hollow from your surgery you can consider fillers to help improve contours.  For a more permanent solution you can consider fat grafting.  At 8 months post op there are no significant future changes expected.  I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more.

There appears to be a slight hollowing to the right lower eyelid (assuming all pics are straight on and someone else is taking them, meaning they aren't reversed). Since you are trying to avoid additional surgery, you could consider filler to this region, but this can be a challenging area to place filler, so see an experienced injector for consultation.
