It appears that I have a smaller surface area of eyes showing when I smile. I am also considering double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and lateral canthoplasty. Would these procedures suffice, or would there be anything else I could do to make them larger?

Wearing contact lenses can cause ptosis. And this is true for both hard and soft contacts. The pulling of the upper eyelid to place and remove the contact lenses might be the cause of this issue.
