And, for overall skin texture, the use of skin booster/biomodulating HA product, such as Skinvive (Profhilo) would address this concern. Professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) may also be helpful for the textural issues. For me, I'd approach this with a combination approach. Let's start with a combination of IPL and radiofrequency, and add Ellacor. In my hands we could do those all simultaneously. That should start things out right.
