Ok I think your question is actually two different issues... filler festoons need to be dissolved first and then Ellacor can help. In that area, the skin is quite thin so the setting's likely have to be adjusted. Hereditary festoons are probably not quite in the Ellacor regular areas- yet! Other non-surgical options could be Morpheus8. Surgical mid-face or eyelid lift may still be needed for optimal outcome. Best Wishes!!
In my opinion ellacor is not going to help. What does work for treating festoons soon, is fat grafting. I would recommend having either a virtual or an in person consultation, and determine the best course of action, but as I said, above from my experience, fat grafting works the best providing natural and permanent results.
