Question

I’m 40. Have tried filler, ultherapy, software and threads over the years and all have looked good. I’m worried it may have caused sagging and facial fat loss . I don’t like the hollowness under cheek bones making them more pronounced . I never had prominent cheeks but I had nice mid face. It’s also lead to sagging jowels. I have a weak chin but I dont want chin filler as my lower face has gotten longer with age. I just want mid face volume, no jowels, and the space btw my lip and nose shorter
