Hello, hope you are well. In general, when you undergo Ellacor you should wait for your skin to heal completely before undergoing any additional treatments (such as Morpheus). For most patients, the microscopic holes in the skin heal within days, but there is a period of redness that may last weeks (and even months in some cases, but that's the exception). So, the timing between treatments will be different for everyone, but it's safe to assume about a month or so should be expected and maybe more. Best,Dr. Tower
I love this question and both devices! I don't know if there is a consensus answer out there though on your question, but I think that giving it at least 6 weeks makes sense to me. I would also wait until I'm happy with how the Ellacor has healed and see if another Ellacor is indicated. Ellacor intially was to be done 3 times with treatments spaced about a month apart. That said, I have heard of combined Ellacor and Morpheus treatments, but I personally don't have experience with that. Best Wishes!!
Hello, hope you are well. The development of the technology seems promising. From speaking with the company reps, it seems they are working to adapt the system to treat skin more broadly on the body (abdomen, extremities, etc). I would wait until there is clinical data and until some of the...
Hello, hope you are well. Even if it had a theoretical benefit (which is unknown), in it's current form Ellacor cannot be reliably or safely applied to the area of the face where festoons occur. Best,Dr. Tower
So the nasolabial fold exists in everyone- even in babies! If you are trying to soften the transition and avoid fillers, I would recommend some micro-liposuction just above the nasolabial fold to take down the prominence above the fold. Ellacor and Morpheus 8 could be considered then to...
I think Ellacor would be good option to tighten skin while fat graft to the cheeks areas under the cheek bone would round your face to look more youthful. Ellacor is a treatment that uses hollow needles to extract skin and thereby tightening the facial skin. Ellacor also tightens the chin area...
Hi there! Ellacor is a skin rejuvenation treatment that targets the lower third of the face, such as the jawline, jowls, neck, and other areas of the body. The initial recovery involves mild swelling, redness, and pinpoint bleeding, which subside within days, while full results appear over...
Ellacor would be just fine in your situation. Ellacor is hollow needles coring out skin; there is no energy component to the procedure like there is with other devices. I think keeping your comfortable during the procedure would be important so you do not strain your cervical area. Best Wishes!!
