Ellacor treatment area - why is it performed on the lower third of the face rather than higher on the cheeks?

As someone who absolutely thinks Ellacor is revolutionary, I am still cautiously experimenting with it. The FDA approved Ellacor for a lower facial treatment however there will likely be safety parameter set to treat other areas as the years go on. The needle depth and density will likely need some adjustment to treat closer to the eye as that skin is much thinner. Cheeks have been a little more uncomfortable for patients so I'm experimenting with how to get those areas numb and comfortable for the treatment.
