My nose droops in the middle and tends to spread when I smile I’d like a tinier petite nose idk if it’s something that can be fixed with non surgical rhinoplasty
Answer: Stabilising the tip contours Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. In general, the decision about surgical or nonsurgical treatment to stabilise the nasal tip when smiling depends on their shape that you would like to achieve. The non-surgical treatment can produce some improvement in this direction and the upkeep Inc is usually with yearly injections. It can be a good place to start if you are unsure about having surgery. In terms of the decision process, one way to evaluate would be with computer imaging and simulation which can help to understand better how much tip rotation you would be comfortable with (if any). This also makes it clearer whether the desired changes are within the scope of nonsurgical treatments. Neither type of treatment changes how much the upper lip and nostrils move up when smiling.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Nonsurgical rhinoplasty uses fillers to improve areas of the nose. Therefore the nose it typically larger. I don't recommend nonsurgical rhinoplasty for that reason. Having said that, you have a nose that is anatomically great for surgical rhinoplasty to achieve a smaller / narrower / petite nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Based on your photos, it does appear that a rhinoplasty would make a nice change to your overall appearance. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Good luck! @drdonyoo

Answer: Would surgical rhinoplasty be best option for droop in the middle? Based on your photo you appear anatomically to be a good candidate for an artistically performed rhinoplasty through either a closed or open technique. A nonsurgical approach will not give you an adequate cosmetic improvement. Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you whether you are an appropriate candidate for surgery and exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified by the American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, M.D., FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose would look better if shortened and narrowed. I don't know if non surgical rhinoplasty can do this but I doubt it
