What happened to my perfect nose? What can I do about changes occurring 14 years after Rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had my nose done in 2007. My nose was “perfect” from every angle until about two years ago. I am noticing changes but can’t put into words exactly what is different. What is happening and what can I do about it?

Your nose looks very good. I do see thin shiny skin in the tip which leads me to believe you may have gotten a cartilage graft to your tip. But overall your result is nice and I advise against any revision.

It is impossible to comment on your three up-close photos that only show...a nose! There is no significant asymmetry. Consider trying to figure out what you don't like, and then re-ask your question with better photos. Thank you. Dr Joseph

From your photos, I note nasal tip asymmetry. It would be unusual for a spontaneous change so many years after surgery, and therefore I would recommend reevaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon as an intranasal examination might prove fruitful in determining its nature and providing appropriate treatment.
