I'm 44 and my eyes look so much older now. I see hollowing upper lids,loss of fat ,slight ptosis. is that what's going on not sure but all came in my older age
Answer: Treatment of eyelids Based on your photos, you do appear to have ptosis of your upper eyelids, with one being worse than the other. I would recommend consulting with an oculoplastic surgeon or a surgeon experienced in ptosis repair.

Answer: Upper Eyelid Rejuvenation You have slight ptosis of the upper lids and hollowing of the superior sulcus. Ptosis surgery (raising the lids) will certainly help. Adjunct procedures to consider would be fat transposition or grafting to the superior sulcus or filler.
