375 cc, high profile implants - How can this crease be fixed? What is needed for a revision? (Photos)

Question

I am 6 months post op with 375 ccs high profile implants. This crease developed around 3 months post op. Would a wider implant help? What has gone wrong? II have included pictures from different angles as well as arm raised in last picture. I don’t know if I want to go back to my original surgeon. Thanks.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Do you have any photos of the breasts prior to surgery? Those would be beneficial to see what the starting point was from. I also recommend that patients try to wait a full year before evaluating postoperative results as full healing is technically a 4 stage process that takes 12 months.

This is a double bubble, and it is due to an implant that is too wide for your breast base or an implant that has interposed between chestwall and inframammary fold. This would require a pocket tightening procedure. to fix.

You have some bottoming out which gives that double crease. find a surgeon your like to tighten that lower pocket.
