I had BA/BL 6mo ago, 470 UTM. I’ve had multiple f/u with my surgeon, and he has agreed to revise the left breast only to reduce further but that everything else looks great. Looking for other opinions because I am considering having them removed, as I am uncomfortable and they feel like they are just hanging there and sliding around so much, especially when I try to sleep. They both slide to my arm pits when I lay flat, but my right one I can flex and move the implant and create a crease at the anchor incision line. Have I bottomed out in the right breast and need a revision in it as well? I also don’t feel like I was lifted and my breast sit as high on my chest wall as I like, but my surgeon says they are exactly where they should be.

Bottoming out can also occur if an...
