I had a breast revision 8 months ago. I had my implants replaced due to capsular contracture. My old implants were small 160CCs & they were above the muscle. The new implants were put under the muscle and are soft touch gummies. Right side was put in at 240 & left at 275. About a month ago I noticed a dent on my left implant near my cleavage & sternum. It must have happened recently. I would love some feedback on what is going on & what caused this? What type of revision is needed to fix this? Second item is that my breasts are definitely not even. The left is very obviously bigger. I would say about 1/2 cup. It is very obvious to me. Could the left breast be having issues because it is bigger & doesn’t fit my frame? Also, any feedback on how this could happen? Is 35cc’s a big difference? I’m just very upset with my results & not sure what I’m dealing with here. The size difference alone, maybe I could live with, but definitely not the dent. Also, is the doctor at fault here for any of these issues? I certainly don’t understand how they are different sizes. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Yes, you do have very mild lateral displacement. Whether or not this warrants surgical treatment is problematic. Discuss options with your surgeon who can provide the positives and negatives to the procedure.
This would require a complex breast revisionary surgery. The nipple to-fold-distances are too long; this is what creates the appearance that the nipples are sitting up too high facing the ceiling ("sunny side eggs look"). The challenge with breast surgery is that a large implant usually creates...
