Implant issue - breasts look distorted. Is this fixable? (Photos)

Question

I had PASH of the breast that caused tons of lumps. Before that my breast were symmetrical and large and beautiful. I had the lumps all removed, anchor lift, and over the muscle implants. Removal of lumps reduced my breast very small, almost 400 cc taken off per side. TI had 620 cc HP over the muscle implants placed. IWith all of those changes, some how my breast still look distorted only augmented. The distortion in before photos is due to the hard lumps. What went wrong? And is this fixable? The before is my natural breast w distortion due to lumps

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your situation is complex and I think you shouldRely exclusively on in person second opinion consultations.
For second opinion, consultations come prepared to bringing with you a complete set of your previous medical records, including all before, and after pictures and copies of your operative report.
Some improvements can always be made whether they justify having the procedure is another question. Any attempt and improving the outcome can potentially make things worse if you’re not in the hands of the right provider.
