Is there a way to round the tip and columella more? I hate how straight it is. I told my doctor I didn’t want that but he did it anyway based on his preference of what looks good. I think it looks unnatural. I have thin skin so I was going to get another surgery to add fascia and nano fat. Would that help? My nostrils are retracted (naturally and worsened through primary surgery) but the columella was angled in a straight out way after my secondary. I hate it. This journey has been a disaster.

As a revision specialised rhinoplasty surgeon your main problem is alar retraciton.Also the tip projection and columellar break are minor problems.I don't think none of these problems can be fixed by fat or any other injection materials.For alar retraction the best graft is composite ear cartilage and to fix your problems I recommend you a revision tipplasty with ear cartilages.
