I am not sure about chin surgery, that can be decided on the basis of in person evaluation and dicussion with a patient. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Most people are using filler in their jawline to give them a defined jaw and or pdo threads. Filler isn’t a permanent fix but it’ll give you the look your trying to achieve without any downtime. A rhinoplasty requires surgery under general anesthesia and you’ll need up to 2 weeks of recovery and a year to be completely healed from it. You’ll be able to go back to your normal life after 2 weeks. Swelling will subside completely at around 3-4 months.
