Answer: Consider your options for adding definition to your face Thank you for your question and for providing photos. Chin augmentation is an excellent option for improving the appearance of a weak or recessed chin. With a custom-fit chin implant, the side profile can be improved and the facial proportions brought into balance. Since the chin implant would be customized to provide a harmonious appearance with the rest of your facial features, you may want to consider rhinoplasty at a later date, should the implant alone not achieve your aesthetic goals. Non-surgical chin augmentation may be another option for experimenting with changes to your appearance. This injectable treatment uses a combination of dermal fillers and collagen stimulators to add volume to the chin, and often other areas of the face to achieve balanced proportions. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector who can determine the best approach.

Answer: Lack of face definition Thank you for your question regarding a chin implant and rhinoplasty and for including photos! That is always extremely helpful! It does appear that you would be a great candidate for a chin implant from the photos that you posted. Unless you have specific concerns regarding you nose, you might opt out of having a rhinoplasty. To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

Answer: Nose surgery There is no doubt that you would benefit from fine rhinoplasty. I am not sure about chin surgery, that can be decided on the basis of in person evaluation and dicussion with a patient. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Beneficial! Hello, I would say a rhinoplasty with possibly chin implant or just chin filler would help. Most people are using filler in their jawline to give them a defined jaw and or pdo threads. Filler isn’t a permanent fix but it’ll give you the look your trying to achieve without any downtime. A rhinoplasty requires surgery under general anesthesia and you’ll need up to 2 weeks of recovery and a year to be completely healed from it. You’ll be able to go back to your normal life after 2 weeks. Swelling will subside completely at around 3-4 months.
