I had a chin implant 2 years ago and have had extra filler a few times since - on this occasion my chin is super swollen (Photo)

PI had a chin implant placed 2 years ago and have had filler a few times since on top. However this time it has caused quite severe swelling the next day. It's a little painful on the left side of the implant and have swelling under the chin which isn't something I've had before. Cause for concern or just the filler/swelling causing a little pressure on the implant? Please help! Super scared.
