PI had a chin implant placed 2 years ago and have had filler a few times since on top. However this time it has caused quite severe swelling the next day. It's a little painful on the left side of the implant and have swelling under the chin which isn't something I've had before. Cause for concern or just the filler/swelling causing a little pressure on the implant? Please help! Super scared.

The most common problems with the placement of chin implants is migration and malposition. There are no long term problems that I am aware with screw fixation. I prefer screw fixation in all my cases to prevent migration. Screw fixation is far superior to using sutures. I have seen many patients...
