Fillers and off-the-shelf implants are a bit unpredictable. You have not provided information about the implant type; however, I can only deduce that you aren't pleased with the aesthetic results, hence the reason why you added fillers on top of it.
Fillers are temporary, and there is a possibility that you will continue to have this issue occur again in the future. Consider replacing that implant with a custom implant designed to your unique aesthetic specifications.
A custom-designed implant will minimize most, if not all, associated issues with off-the-shelf implants.
