PI had a chin implant placed 2 years ago and have had filler a few times since on top. However this time it has caused quite severe swelling the next day. It's a little painful on the left side of the implant and have swelling under the chin which isn't something I've had before. Cause for concern or just the filler/swelling causing a little pressure on the implant? Please help! Super scared.

Hello ! Thank you for your question l recommend you rhinoplasty to make your face look more attractive ,I recommend collagen treatment for a healthier skin, your face will look both bright and smooth in these two procedures.I don't think chin implant is very necessary for you casa Thank you !...
Screws prevent migration of the implant, which can cause other issues. However, a custom implant works best to avoid shifting and, just as importantly, aesthetic issues. More than health-related concerns, subpar aesthetic results with off-the-shelf implants are more common than any other issue.
I’m guessing the issues have to do with your mandible. If you have not done so already I suggest you have an oral surgery consultation or preferably a few of them.
It may be the body of the Mandible or the chin/mentalis. I see no indication for having your teeth pulled out.
