I feel as though my chin protrudes when I smile and as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed it more and more. Would I be a good candidate for a chin implant or would botox fix it? I initially wanted a rhinoplasty but I now (after some googling) think it’s not my nose that’s the issue, my bottom half of the face is imbalanced?!

A CT scan is better for custom cheek implants especially. A CBCT can work, but a CT scan is recommended for cheek implants, particularly because computer imaging in the cheek's area introduces a lot of "noise" or artifacts that aren't optimal for discovering the topography of your cheeks...
