Will a chin implant improve the strange shape of my jaw? (Photos)

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. We use this and/or other injectable fillers like Voluma, BellaFill, and Sculptra- these are injected into the areas of concern to improve the overall appearance of the lower face, give better definition to the jawline, and provide overall balance and harmony to the jaw, and the rest of the face. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline (and rest of the face).

Hello ! Thank you for your question to be honest you don't need a chin implant if you do we have to use a very small implant we can use filler for the asymmetry on the face, I think it will be much more effective

Though it is difficult to determine if you would benefit from a chin implant without a side profile view, chin implants can improve the appearance of the chin and jawline. A chin that appears too small compared to the other facial features can make the jawline appear weaker and amplify sagging skin in this area.
With a properly sized, custom-fit chin implant, the facial features can be brought into balance to achieve the desired result. You may want to consider a genioplasty. This procedure would allow us to move your chin and elongate your jawline, which in turn would also tighten the skin around the jowls. Jawline contouring may also added to the genioplasty, to further sculpt your chin and jawline into the shape you desire. A genioplasty is more versatile than a chin implant, which would not necessarily improve the jawline issues.

It is impossible to give you good advise based on these photos. A small chin asymmetry can be treated with fillers or fat grafts, as well; jowls with limitted liposuction. Only on the basis of in person evaluation, one could give you more meaningfull answer. Good luck.

Placing the right size implant can improve the total facial features but in your case Jaw implant is better. As far as I can see from your photos your chin projection is good. With (mandible) jaw implant it is possible to achieve your desired look. Of course physical examination is crucial to understand skin condition. Maybe with mid-face lift also your desired look can be achieved.

The shape should be examined with xrays. But contour improvement can occur with several approaches depending upon the exam of the bone
