Is my chin implant asymmetrical? How to know & fix? (Photo)

RSUser2020
Had an implant 4 yrs ago. Looks asymmetrical to me. It sometimes feels tension and gets inflamed. I've brought it up to my surgeon. What can he do to confirm? What should I expect if it is? Would surgically moving it have any cons?
