Pre-jowl sulcus - Would a small implant would reduce the shadowing of the pre jowls and help harmonize the face? (photos)

I am 33 and have a pre jowl sulcus since I was a teenager. Based on my X-rays I was told I am barely a candidate for a genioplasty… (marginal improvement for 8K) — however, I am wondering if a small implant would reduce the shadowing of the pre jowls and help harmonise the face. I feel I look weird, like my upper and lower face dont match. I have attached photos (as well as an X-ray). Thank you very much.
