The photographs demonstrate not only a pre-Jowl sulcus, but a recessive chin profile. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward and improve pre-jowl sulcus. You have a narrow lower jaw and as such, the tissues 'drape' over the jawline in the 'jowl' zone. One can certainly define the lower jaw from the angle to chin; or just augment the 'side of the chin/prejowl'. Fillers can give you an idea of the look; but obviously need to be repeated.
