I got my breast augmentation in Sept 2020 (265cc HP below the muscle) and I feel like my breasts are super small and far apart. I was told largest I could go was 300 and had to be HP but I had a high chance of them not looking natural, so I went with 265. I’m 5’2, 105 pounds. Not quite sure about my chest width. I had a B cup before and now I’m only a 32 C in Victoria Secret. I wanted to have cleavage but now even with extreme push up I have no cleavage. Could a revision give me cleavage?
Answer: Cleavage Thanks for your question! I do think a revision could get you tighter cleavage. Without seeing your pre-op photo, it's difficult to assess how much cleavage you could have gotten in the initial surgery. Replacement with a wider implant and some pocket revision could definitely help. Good luck!

Answer: Breasts You did not post your before photo, but I suspect your breasts were wide apart. Implant increase the size but do not move the base of your breasts. Your lateral pockets could be tightened somewhat to decrease lateral movement.

Answer: BA results Dear nwhitney, I get this problem all of the time. Typically, its from women who went with high profile implants. This is a problem because while they project more, they are narrow at the base and can have widening effect on cleavage. The second most common problem is incomplete release of the pectoralis muscle medially. Many surgeons don't take the time to make this right. If you're not happy with your results I would suggest you to discuss it with your plastic surgeon. Answer: Lateral Displacement / The Original Internal Bra Good morning, You have lateral displacement of your implants, and HP was not the best choice in your situation- you should have had Mod Plus implants. I would correct this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which would allow me to give you a one finger gap. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: Are my breasts too far apart? Dear nwhitney, Thank you for your questions and photo. Based on this one view, I am wondering if the left breast implant might be repositioned more towards the middle. What I am unsure of is the location of the breast implant in relation to your nipple complex. The goal is to have this centered under the nipple. From this one photo, I can't tell for sure if the implant is centered or not. I am getting a hint that it might be positioned a little further to the side. The development of cleavage is facilitated by multiple factors including nipple position on the chest wall, and chest shape. Without examining you, I am getting the impression that your chest wall is contributing to making your breasts assume a position with a more outward facing orientation. Cleavage is created when the breasts are moved toward the midline, which will be challenging for you with your nipple position and chest wall shape. Hope you find this helpful and wish you well.
