Is there a possibility for cosmetic clavicle lengthening for wider shoulders/frame?

Thank you for sharing your question. A lengthening can be performed but you would need to consult with orthopedic surgeons in your area to determine if it is a service they provide.

The clavicle can be lengthened surgically although I don’t know what purpose it would serve. It is described but I suspect very few surgeons perform it. To me that means it’s probably not such a great idea. If you really want it done make sure you go to someone who has done this many times.

clavicle lengthening is not an esthetic procedure. I don't think that any plastic surgeon would be ready to perform this surgery.

I believe only Orthopedic surgeons would lengthen the clavicle, however, I do not know why one would attempt such a procedure. The risks of chest or shoulder issues is probably high. Since I have never heard of one being performed, there is probably a good reason why.
If you are set on having it performed, make sure to go to a surgeon who specializes in it and have them produce several before and after photos.
