There is less than a tablespoon difference between the two sizes, so go with the larger size, especially if your implants will be placed behind the muscle. If need be, try both on to be sure.

Hello thank you for your question. The implant size is usually based on the width of your breast on the chest wall. Implants do not change the shape of your breast tissue. Implants add volume to what you have. I suggest bringing those wish pics to your next appointment. This will give you a better idea of what you are getting. You should be able to achieve your stated goals with any of the sizes you are considering. The 20cc difference is less than 2 tablespoons, so the effect once implants are placed in the body will not be very noticeable. I encourage you to return to your surgeon's office to further discuss your concerns as it seems you are uncomfortable with the 385cc.
