Your breasts are asymmetrical in position and shape. You may benefit from a smaller implant in the larger breast or a larger implant in the smaller breast. You may also benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

I do not believe you need a lift. I would recommend repositioning the implant that is higher by revising the pocket.

you do not need a breast lift. you have capsular contracture and need a surgery to remove the implant and scar tissue and replace with a new implant and mesh.

All breasts are different right to left before and after any surgeries. This includes size, shape, projection, ribs, muscle, folds, upper poles, etc. They will never be exactly the same, especially without a bra.

Your breasts appear very similar, size, nipple position is good, not a lot of skin laxity to warrant a lift. Some right to left differences but a lift or revision would not improve them, in my opinion.

Regular follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended going forward .

No, you don't need alift, but the pocket of your higher implant can be adjusted to let it settle down more.

Only 1 posted photo? plus no before posted photos??. So very hard to advise or recommend. I think you might have been asymmetrical preoperatively? Now revision on left breast only with lower pole open capsulotomy and exchange to larger HP implant. Fee $10,000. Best to virtual consult with......

It’s reasonable to expect your breast to look quite different 20 years later.
From your picture, your nipple position is excellent, so there’s no need for a mastopexy or breast lift. Most women left breast sits higher on the chest wall than the right side. This is usually true if you put your finger in the inframammary fold on both sides. It should usually sit higher on the left. This means the nipple also should sit slightly higher on the left compared to the right. In your case, the left implant is giving a lot of volume in the upper part of your breast. This may be related to the size and shape of the implant. Overall your breast looks fine and I think your situation is sufficiently complex to warrant in person consultations.
There’s no obvious need for a revision surgery, and no indication for a breast lift that I see. To me, the only issue that is noteworthy is slight fullness in the upper part of the left breast. You didn’t mention this as a concern, so I’m going to assume that you’re good with that part of your breast.
