Unique breast explant/re-implant situation (Photo)

Question

23yrs ago I had saline implants through armpit. 18 years later I explanted thinking I had BII. Explant surgeon created a brand new incision in my 32A natural breast crease. 1.5 years later I found the reason for my health issues & healed with meds. I implanted under the muscle again through the incision the explant surgeon created. This raised the scar on the mid lower part of my breast, I have two indents on my breasts misshaping them. Can this be fixed?

The scar can be revised and larger implants can be placed. However, you may still have a contour deformity that represents the original inframammary fold. Larger implants may make the situation better for you.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you might benefit from fat transfer to dented area. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Yes, you can have a filler like Sculptra done and it will take more than one session. Or, you can have a fat transfer, which is surgery, and might take more than one transfer.

Following your explant , the distance between nipple and scar contracted The implants have now elevated your scars.

Read, augmentation, after formal explantation is going to lead to complications and less than ideal outcomes. There will be an inevitable layer of scar tissue that forms contractile bands, potentially distorting the shape of the breast.
I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon or schedule in person second opinion consultations to see what can be done with further surgery.
It may be possible to remove enough scar tissue to improve the contour, but with your history, you are prone to having increased complications and side effects.
I don’t think getting a consultation using this forum is appropriate for your needs
