I got sientra round implants 285cc. They hurt when I bound down and now my nipples are changing shape. What could be happening? They have seemed low ever since I got them put in

Your large implants have stretched your own breast tissue and have stretched your areolae. This is normal. However, your implants are a bit too large and heavy for your tissue and are beginning to bottom out from the weight.  do wear a good supporting bra. If you decide to have a revision, so smaller, have the inferior pockets tightened, and consider getting mesh for extra support.
