My breasts are fully healed but spaced apart & a lot of loose skin, how can I make it look better? (Photos)

So I am 7 months healed and I am definitely fully healed now, I know there won’t be much change for my breasts. My surgeon said I wouldn’t need a lift, I can get away with it. He didn’t want to see photos of my desired results as he said it will always look different on everyone, which I understand, but I felt unsure. There’s so much skin, a gap, second photo is when I’m laid down. How can I get them to sit like in the last photo? As they’re even hard to push together with a bra. I’m so sad

Obviously, you needed a lift prior to the breast augmentation.  At this time, your breasts are stretched even more and even more asymmetrical.  I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.  After 6 months, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submusclar.

Your lateral pockets can be tightened so the implants sit closer together. If you have donor fat, your surgeon can add this to the inner part of your breasts for improved cleavage. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved.

To make a quality assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Some people are a good candidate for getting certain outcomes for breast augmentation, and others are not going to get the results they were hoping for. Understanding your candidacy, for the procedure is a major component of Consistent long-term high patient satisfaction. 
If a woman’s breast sit for a part on the chest wall, and this is where the implants are going to sit. The implants need to sit under the breast generally underneath the pectoralis muscle. Different women have a different candidacies for quality outcomes for this procedure and each persons candidacy should be discussed at length during consultations.
I suggest all patients ask providers during consultations to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own, to get a good idea of what your results are likely to look like.
I suggest you follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person a second opinion consultations. For a second opinion, consultations always come prepared bringing with you a copy of your previous operative report and before and after pictures. These can be obtained from your previous provider upon request.
