Due do mild scoliosis, my right side is stronger and tighter than my life side. How do you expect the right side implant to drop in relation to the left side? Would the drop and fluff be slower on the tighter (right) side?

Answer: Breasts If needed, the right fold could be lowered some to let the breasts be more symmetrical. The dropping and fluffing is more related to implants placed behind the muscle and the relaxation of the muscle.

Answer: Scoliosis and Breast implants..... Thank you for your question, photos and labeling your pics. First of all, everyone is asymmetric. Having scoliosis, definitely worsens this issue. Your Right implant is higher than your left, as you know. This is partly because your Right shoulder is higher than your left. But, it is also because your Right implant is definitely higher than your left. Your Right implant also looks much more round than your left. This is commonly due to Capsular Contracture. Is this implant feels more firm than your Left, then you either have or are developing capsular contracture. It this is the case, it will not settle down to its correct position. If this is relatively early after surgery, there is a medication, Accolate, which is helpful about 35% of the time to help soften the implant capsule and may allow it to settle. In that case, massage and a Bandeaux compression strap may also be helpful. The other option would be surgery, if massage and meds are not effective, including implant repositioning and capsulectomy
