hello! i had a breast augmentation surgery with one side lift as well, its been over 2 years and thats how they look now… right side is very uneven and i dont even know what problem caused it here. . it also feels very uncomfortable laying down and its too close to the armpit.. any help would be appreciated here

A new implant of the same or different size and profile can be used according to your goals and the surgeon’s recommendation. Answer: Revision I would recommend a revision of the left side to match the right. This would include likely removing the capsule on the left, placing a larger implant, lowering the fold and adding some type of internal support (Galaflex or Strattice etc). I would recommend finding an American Board of Plastic surgery certified plastic surgeon with extensive breast aesthetic surgery experience.

Answer: Capsular contracture It appears the affected side has suffered a capsular contracture and the implant has migrated superiorly and laterally and the pocket closed off medially. A revision with a new implant, capsulotomy and capsulorrhaphy should correct this.
