I realize I also will probably need the release of the bottom tissue (like a tubular release), but now I have spoken to a couple of doctors and they seem to believe a lift and implants with the release of tissue will work just fine. How big could I go? I’m currently a small B and I’d like to be a full C or small D if possible without doing the extenders. Possible? Thanks!
