Is my breast pocket too big? (Photo)

Question

I got my breast lift and implants 6 months ago. I’ve noticed my left breast had loose skin around it in some positions. The right one does not do this. When I lie down, my left implant goes closer to my armpit instead of staying in the middle of my chest so i have a slight gap when I lie down.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your breast lift was inadequate, not enough skin was removed and that is why you have excess wrinkled skin. Also, your implant pocket may be too large and that is why it is dissecting inferiorly and laterally. Your photograph is very limited. I would need additional photographs to give a more accurate answer. A front view & both side view photographs without a bra would be ideal.

Your one photo is very limited, so I suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. If needed, the lateral pocket could be tightened.
