Round three BBL is highly unlikely to fix your concerns. For the upper buttock, some contouring with liposuction could be beneficial. For lower buttock, all you may need is a lower buttock tuck instead of a full “thong lift”. Glad to help.

Great posted photos. There are only 3 boarded PSs in USA offer BBL Revisions/Reshaping/Reductions. I have done over 30 cases without doing large incisions! But in your case I would recommend virtual consult with... Look in your direct message for further response.

The droopy in her lower buttocks cannot be corrected with Liposuction or fat transfer. It requires a skin excision or tuck like you mentioned.
If you have not done so already then watch the YouTube video by Dr. mendieta called the Miami thong lift.
If you’ve had an extended tummy tuck and two rounds of liposuction then there probably is not much more fat to remove on your torso from Liposuction.
Gotta find local plastic surgeons who have experience with the thong lift.
