Hello and thank you for posting with photos. It seems like your areolas could’ve been reduced a bit more. Your nipples are also large. This makes me asume that your surgeon wanted to keep enough areola skin around your nipples so that it wouldn’t look like your areolas are mostly all nipple.

I feel you need further areola reduction. And, if your interested, nipple reduction can be performed as well. Nipple reduction can reduce the width (circumference) of the nipple and the height of the nipple. Nipple and areola reduction can be performed together without any issues and doing it now after 11 months post-op will give you even better results!

Your surgeon placed a large areolae in smaller circle. Many surgeons do this intentionally so the areolae doesn’t stretch out. If you want your areolae larger or the skin more stretched out it’s easy to do. By the way, I do the same thing

You probably had large areolae. these can be trimmed and tightened in the office under local anesthesia if you want. Your large nipples can be trimmed down as well if desired.

Your breasts look great. I agree that your areolas are a bit small and have some redundant skin. A revision areola procedure may either increase the diameter or if desired, just remove excess skin.

From your photos, I note that you demonstrate relatively lax areolar skin, relatively small areolae, and large nipples (which accentuates the size disparity). The areolae are normally 35-45 mm in diameter.
If of concern, revision by enlarging the areolar diameter is possible by excising a ring of skin around the periphery of the areola (one may also choose to reduce the size of the nipple). 15% of cosmetic surgeries can be optimized with secondary revision.
