Do I qualify for a crescent lift or donut lift? And will liposuction help appearance of navel? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. You are a good candidate for a donut mastopexy with a small implant. The mastopexy will help to lift your breast tissue, which is mostly below your nipple as well as slightly move your nipple up. Additionally, your breasts appear to be asymmetric so you should expect slightly different size implants.
You do appear to be a good candidate for liposuction of the abdomen and avoiding a tummy tuck. By decreasing the amount of fat around the belly button, it can help to re-shape and make it slightly smaller. Good luck

You have natural breast tissue but to have them lifted most plastic surgeons will recommend a full lift anchor incision however a lollipop is also possible would just need a consultation. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

Judging by the photos I feel that the one breast would do well with a donut mastopexy, I am just not sure with the one side that has the excess skin and breast tissue in the lower pole (pseudoptosis). Although the donut mastopexy is not the best lift, some patients are only a candidate for such, as is the one side.
As far as your abdomen. You have some fullness that could be addressed with liposuction, the area around the navel would likely not be addressed with that procedure. Although it doesnt appear (at least in the photos) that you are candidate for a tummy tuck, it is the only procedure that consistently will tighten the skin.

Donut and crescent lifts are not great procedures . They really don’t give a lift but often stretch out the areolae. Look into the lollipop lift. Gives a far better result and the areolae won’t stretch out

You may need liposuction with minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion for your abdomen. The crescent lift is not a good choice and seldom works well. You might qualify for the doughnut lift, but will have better shaping of your breasts with the vertical lift. The doughnut lift is limited in shaping the breast.

Hi tahinidakini, excellent question. I wouldn't recommend a crescent lift, since it's a technique that can only elevate the nipple a bit. Your nipple is not too low. With breastfeeding, a lot of your breast tissue has fallen, so it's more a problem with excess glandular tissue sitting low (called pseudoptosis). Liposuction will help with the fat around your belly button, but not make it perkier. A surgeon can reshape your belly button with a small incision (does not require a full tummy tuck).

Liposuction of your abdomen, sides and lower back with greatly improve your shape and I feel, the umbilicus should be fine. If there is some 'hooding' of the upper portion of the belly button, a small skin excision of the upper portion should fix it.
Your breasts are beautiful now. An augmentation will make them more round and larger, I am still on the fence if your right breast may require a small periareola (around the nipple) mastopexy (lift).
