I had a chin implant done 3 yes ago. When I’m not smiling my chin looks fine but when I smile I have chin ptosis (I think it’s specifically called dynamic chin ptosis). I was wondering what’s the procedure to fix this and how complicated is it? Also, how do I find a surgeon who specializes in this? I feel like it’s not a very common procedure surgeons advertise doing.
