5FU for scar remodeling s/p revisional Asian DES?

Hi! 6mo s/p UL revision incisional Asian DES w permanent suture, anchored to tarsus. It’s hard to say if it’s just swelling still, but my crease is a lot higher, tighter, and deeper, despite the incisional crease height being identical to the other. Due to the revisional status and depth of attachment, would 5FU have benefit in releasing and breaking down scar tissue to relax the crease at this point?
