I got double eyelid surgery two years ago, but am unhappy because it looks unnatural (thick and skin bulging). I'd like to revise it by lowering the crease height. Would you recommend a levator resection in addition to the crease change? One Korean doctor said I have minor ptosis and that a levator resection would make it look much prettier and natural. Is this true? I bought Upneeq drops and they didn't really lift my eyelids up (only by 0.5mm), but I do have well-functioning levator muscles.
