Had revisional DES on 1 eye after crease failure. Incisional height was identical to the original, and the same technique (skin-levator-tarsus) was used. However, my new crease seems deeper, higher, and overrotated. I know there is still swelling 4 mo post-op, but considering all basic factors like anatomy/height/technique were the same, can I expect my new crease to loosen and fall to the level of my other eye? The healing this time feels prolonged.
