Aug 2023 i had upper blephoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. Someone here said it looks like A frame deformity. I am starting to not recognize myself. When i told my surgeon he asked when i last sae my psychiatrist. Then he said my insurance didnt pay for it all anyways. Then he gave me botox, for free, in my forehead to relax things. He said there wasnt anything else he could do. Sonethingg doesnt seem right about this. I am still so unhappy.

Unfortunately, your middle face is not very visible in the photo you sent, so I cannot make a detailed evaluation. I don't want to convey wrong information, but I can comment on your eyebrows and eyes. I think it gives you a confused expression because the inner part of your eyebrows are raised so much. This is exactly why I prefer to lift the middle and outer parts of my eyebrow during endoscopic brow lift surgeries.
