I had a rhinoplasty 4 years ago and I still have nasal tip pain. If I push it just a -tiny- bit up , I immediately get a shooting pain like a needle. I’ve just been living with the pain as long as I didn’t touch it but I plan on getting a revision because it’s botched (looks like 2 different nose on each profile and droopy at the tip) Does anyone know why I would still have pain and what should I do?
