4 years ago I had my primary rhinoplasty that included alar base reduction, I'm soon getting a revision rhinoplasty due to issues from the primary one but my surgeon advised that we can cut the skin and stitch it back again to enhance the scar shape (he will not narrow the nosrils) however i had previously consulted another surgeon before him and he said he cannot touch that scar because it's on the nose and the cheek and that if he touched it it will get distorted so the best option would be fractional laser.. to be fair i like the idea of removing the scar without feeling anything and at the same cost instead of having to go through expensive fractional laser sessions, yet I'm not sure if this procedure would make the whole thing worse or if the surgeon cut the scar close to the cheek would mess up my face.. please check the attached photos to judge the scar and let me know which option you think is the best for my scar Thank you!
