I had a corset platysmaplasty 11 years ago - am I a candidate for a deep plane facelift?

The corset platysmaplasty was done in conjunction with submental lipo. I also had a brow lift at the same time. Now I’m interested in a deep plane face lift & neck lift to address jowls & loose skin @ neck & having the brow lift adjusted /tightened. Do surgeons shy away from doing these type of procedures on patients who have had previous work done on the same area?

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos and if you are now a year out from surgery, I believe you would need a revision. You have a cobra neck deformity which likely would require opening the neck and tightening the platysma muscle and possibly debulking some of the deep neck as well.
