3 weeks post op. How long till my gummy implants fluff? I got 455CC Moderate Plus gummy sientra textured round implants.

Thank you for posting your question. It is quite normal to be concerned about the final result after having breast augmentation. Assuming your implants were placed under the muscle, it can take weeks up to 3 months for swelling to subside, muscles to relax, and the implants to pop out. Within the first couple to few weeks post-surgery the breasts typically take on a boxy look and appear small. Be patient and follow all of your surgeon's instructions so you reach the end goal of having perky shapely breasts. 

Dear ghong89,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 3 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD
