Dr. Seare and his staff are so wonderful! They made me feel at ease, answered any questions I had, and generally made the experience a positive one. The surgery itself wasn't too bad - I was pretty out of it with the pain meds. The recovery has been smooth as well- I did develop a small seroma, but they were able to drain it in the office, quick and easy. I am really happy with the results, but I went into this with realistic expectations. I was a small A cup before surgery- I didn't fully fill out my bras, but now I fully fill them out. I'm a little past the 6 week mark, and the doctor says that there shouldn't be much change moving forward. I would say I retained maybe about 70-80% at this point? Starting around the 5 /6 week mark I could feel the breasts softening and see them dropping into a more natural position. This site has been so helpful for me, and I hope this review will be helpful for anyone looking into this! Also, a nice bonus has been the carving out of my love handles and smaller waist. My love handles are gone! My waist was pretty small to begin with, so I'm surprised he was able to get more fat out of there. The lipo recovery process is more tedious than the breasts themselves- you have to wear a compression garment for 6 weeks, and I'm still wearing them because according to the doctor, wearing them past the 6 week mark "won't make it better in the long term, but will make it better faster." Can't wait for all of the swelling to go down and to wear bathing suits come summertime! Updated on 15 Apr 2021: Hi! It’s my 2 months now and my boobs been holding steady since 6 weeks. Will do a 3 mo update. Here’s me wearing the same pink bralette from my earlier post. Still really happy so far! Scars are getting a little lighter but still kinda dark
Dr. Seare's office is the first and ONLY surgeon's office I went to for my Brazilian Butt Lift - I had a great feeling about this office from the minute I walked in! His staff is amazing - Anna, Andrea, Jackie and Mariella - they make you feel comfortable and they treat you like you're family; like they actually care. I got this vibe from Dr. Seare directly as well - he wasn't there to sell me on things that I don't need. I told him what I wanted, he told me his expert opinion and gave me options for what my price range was. He's extremely knowledgeable and it shows! I am so happy with my results, I couldn't be happier. I told him what I wanted, which was a BBL with an hourglass figure, however, you can't do that alone with a BBL after having two kids, at least with my body type the way it was. So we discussed doing a tummy tuck as well, and I look fantastic! I've never been so happy with my body in my life, and thanks to Dr. Seare and his team, I have the confidence I always wished that I'd had!
I wanted to get natural looking breasts without having to put foreign objects into my body. I really didn’t care too much about them being really big, I just wanted them fuller. My husband didn’t want me to get implants either, so we agreed that fat grafting would be the best choice. Updated on 23 Jun 2019: So I had my fat transfer on 6/21/19, after researching for many years. I decided on Dr. William Seare because he had some great before and after pics on his website and Instagram. I also got a really great deal: they had a promo lotion for 4 areas of lip, with fat grafting for only $7000, so I had to jump on that. He only does awake anesthesia for all of his procedures. That’s part of why he’s able to keep his prices so low. I was initially excited about it, because I didn’t think I’d feel anything...boy was I wrong! He used a lot of numbing medication but I could still feel it. He said I had really fibrous fat so it made it more difficult to remove. It was very painful...and it was definitely more than just pressure. So far, I’m happy with the results. They look really good! I hope I’m able to retain a majority of the fat. He also included 5 free hyperbaric oxygen treatments that’s supposed to help with recovery/retention. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I absolutely loved his staff. They made me feel very comfortable. The only negative is just I would’ve preferred to have been put to sleep lol. Updated on 25 Jun 2019: This was the day after surgery. Extremely swollen and sore, especially where I got lipo, but my boobs look really good. They’re starting to settle down a little bit. I hope they don’t go down too much. Updated on 13 Jul 2019: It’s been 3 weeks today and I’m feeling pretty good. I still have some numbness in my back and flanks...that’s where I had the Lipo, and it still feels tight. My boobs look good! They’ve settled some, so I’ve lost some volume. The right has gone down more than the left...which was expected because it was smaller. He put more in the right to try to even them out, but it didn’t work. It’s ok tho! I’m happy with them...I just hope and pray they don’t get any smaller tho.
I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Seare, and while I'm still in the recovery stage, my experience with him and his staff has been nothing but great. I had originally gone for a consultation last year, but due to some unexpected family events, I had to reschedule. They were flexible with me until I was ready to schedule again. Always ready to answer any questions and concerns you may have, whether before or after your procedure. The doctor himself even answers the phone after hours! Who does that? While I had to make almost the 50 minute drive from Central SD to his office, it was worth it.
I was going through hell and I hated how I felt I lost my Identity and after my decision it was the best decision in my life it gave me hope again Clinique Sculpture are a God sent the staff was beautiful and Dr Seare is the best. It was all worth it made me feel that I could regain my life again and I have . When we loose our self we seen to feel unloved or uncared for but I am now facing a new life with strength and I am no longer afraid to face a new life. Thank you Girls and Dr Seare at Clinique Sculpture

I traveled from Utah to California to have a mommy makeover: mini-tummy tuck with umbilicoplasty and round-the-world liposuction, by the inimitable Dr. Seare. Dr. Seare and his competent team at Clinique Sculpture delivered a par excellence experience and beyond-my-expectation results. The "awake anesthesia" made the surgery, dare I say, "fun." The immediate follow-up hyperbaric chamber treatments were a bonus. I am now three months post-surgery. I was back to work, full-time, 12 days following surgery and back to regular workouts, 2 months post-op. I have but one regret, waiting so long to have the procedures performed. Visit Dr. Seare's website and find out why he is the only doctor I trust with my transformation.
I have worn extremely padded push up bras and was looking for a natural looking, less expensive alternative to breast implants. This procedure is not for someone who wants dramatic and large results. 5 weeks post surgery (also did hyperbaric chamber treatment post surgery to help the fat take) I am now a full 34C. My breast feel fuller and look larger, similar to what they looked like in a push up bra. It is a subtle change and makes me feel more comfortable and confident. I would do the procedure again to gain another 1/2 cup size PROS: Natural Feel Recovery time - within 3 weeks swelling was gone Minimal pain Very tiny scars from small incisions Costs less than implants CONS: No guarantee the fat will take (if you have a high metabolism beware!) Only able to gain 1/2 to full cup size Only retained about 30% of my volume after 5 weeks
I've waited years to get my body back.... However, I'm extremely nervous. My Dr will use the AWAKE (local anesthesia) not sure how this is going to in the OR. However, I like the fact that I will not be under general anesthesia. This community has been a true Blessing leading up to my surgery date. Updated on 21 Jul 2016: Ready! I’m grateful to have had an opportunity to have this procedure done without any complications.
So far my experience has been great. The initial consult was very clear and informative. They took several pictures of my problem areas and gave me an estimate. Since my wife was not able to attend the initial consult they uploaded the photos to my personalized medical page so she could see. They also gave me a rough estimate of the procedure and even offered I house financing. I was able to schedule my surgery for two weeks away which was much faster than I thought. I think my decision to go with Clinique was the number of patients he had who had the same procedure and loved their results. I was even able to meet a patient who had just finished the procedure ( with him and his wife's consent of course). Although the office does not provide the garnets, medications, or labs, they were all pretty cheap and affordable. As far as the procedure goes, honestly I slept through the majority of it. He was however very attentive to any areas of pain. There we some spots I had to just grit through due to his concern about skin necrosis with too much numbing, but those spots were very few. Before the surgery there was some concern that I would need a full tummy tuck and an belly button replacement, however after it was all said and done I inky had the mini tummy tuck. After the procedure I was required to spend the night in their office and have one of their staff members watch me. She was very personable and accommodating. The PS also recommended I get the hyperbaric treatments post op and although I can't tell the difference most reviews online say hey really help. I am now on PO day 6 and have my drains removed yesterday and was FINALLY able to shower. At this point I would definitely recommend Clinique lipo for liposculpture
Absolutely. In most cases the fat that is beneath the skin and on top of the muscles if removed circumferentially with high-def lipo not only give the significant hourglass and also half of the definition of a Brazilian butt lift
Thank you so much for your question. Ankles are a very difficult 3 dimensional liposuction challenge with the bone tendons and nerves and vessel's. I have been doing ankles for over 30 years and if it is fat that is your problem, you are an excellent candidate for micro Lipo suction surgery. We would use very small cannulas with multiple directions without extra heat like visor or laser and it will require attention to compression for 3 months after. We will be preforming this procedure under awake anesthesia. - Dr. William J. Seare
Thank you for the question! At my practice if there is no longer any drainage and the incisions are closed I would tell the patient to continue with Hippafix tapes we provide, for up to 6 weeks. These tapes relieve the tension on the incisions and in our hands create the most minimal visible scar. My best advice to you would be to connect with your surgeon for the incision aftercare he recommends.
I believe that you can tell a great deal about a practice by your phone and email interactions. Someone who is too busy to call back probably will be too busy or not take the time to do the best job they can do. A very aggressive Patient CC may indicate that it is more about the money, but not necessarly. When an aggressive patient CC calls, they should be finding more out about you and what your needs and limitations are, and not just try to get you booked. Our staff works very hard at education as you can see by our Instagram account at Clinique-Sculptrure
You have a great amount of extra fat and loose skin. In my hands a standard Abdominoplasty only adresses part of the problem. I recommend an extensive circumferential LipoAbdominoplasty with a lower skin excision with probable relocation of your belly button. My Instagram account at Clinique_Sculpture has live videos of this procedure that we perform under Awake Anesthesia
