How to "un-tuck" lower lip? (photos)

I received great feedback on my other question, but I would like to ask in a bit more detail what I'm looking to do with my lips. The bottom lip seems very "tucked in", almost quivering. Note how the border beneath my lower lip seems to disappear towards the center and isnt that normal 'U' shape. Now note the 'M' shaped upper lip. For the upper lip I would like a more conservative augmentation, simply to straighten out the line created where the lips meet. I attached an edited before and after.

Lip anatomy ( fullness, shape, etc) in men can be changed / enhance with the use of hyaluronic acid based fillers like Juvederm, restylane or BeloteroBoth in women and men, the lower lip is usually bigger that the upper lip (the lower lip is about 2 times larger than the upper lip). Different to women, the men lips are not as prominent. Therefore, lip augmentation /enhancement on men should be carefully done so the final result maintains patient masculinity and doesn't give a feminine look. Therefore, conservative lip enhancement with subsequent touch ups is highly recommend to avoid over filling the lip ( which would give a feminine look).Male patients interested in lip augmentation/ enhancement should make a consolation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specialized in both lip augmentation and male aesthetics.

The projection of the lips is related to the projection of the underlying teeth and jaw.It is possible to cause eversion or turning out of the lower lip by placing filler in the lower lid in a way which causes it to push against the lower teeth thereby pushing the lip outwards.See a specialist in your area who can help you with this.I hope you found this helpful.
