Which procedures would help me to create heart shape lips? (Photo)

Injecting the lips with hyaluronic fillers such as juvederm, restylane or belotero to give the heart shaped lips can be achieved with the "paris lips" technique by accentuating the cupids bow.

I would recommend switching to a different filler that is finer and best for delicate areas like the lips such as restylane silk.  The result also depends on the skill of the injector.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  Unless you have a similar shaped upper lip as the goal photograph, it is impossible to change the shape of your lip to match.  Overall volume can be enhanced, and your lips own curves can be accentuated, but it is difficult to know what shape your upper lip will resemble since the recent injections to your upper lip are altering its natural appearance.  See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation.
