I appreciate your concern and while physical exam is optimal, your photos demonstrate that you would most likely benefit from lip reduction surgery. Posvibesonly, recall two important things, number one we tend to be our own worst critics when evaluating ourselves in photos/mirrors and not always very objective. The other thing is all the things I do anyway are very elective and no matter what I propose the patient has the final say in what is performed (unless I think they are a bit off in which case nothing is done!). So, you definitely have a small chin and may indeed benefit from a rhinoplasty (hard to tell without an exam) but I see nothing wrong with your lips.
